Uttra Sharma - Co-Founder
Uttra Sharma is a passionate educator with over a decade of diverse teaching experience, complemented by her academic background in Commerce, Journalism, and Education. An alumna of IIM Calcutta, she holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Jammu, as well as a Master’s in Commerce and a diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU.
Uttra has been instrumental in enhancing student engagement through innovative teaching techniques and customized lesson plans that meet diverse student needs. Her classroom is a hub of collaboration, critical thinking, and inclusivity, where students are empowered to reach their potential.

Uttra is certified in various educational domains, including Google and Microsoft Trainer certifications, a Yoga Certification, and an Advanced Certificate in Child Psychology. She is also CTET certified for both PRT and TGT levels. Her comprehensive experience extends beyond the classroom, with a strong focus on curriculum development, teacher training, and the holistic development of children.
In addition, her work with NGOs and her background in radio hosting add further depth to her role as an educator who is committed to empowering students and fostering inclusive education.
