Uma possesses expertise in Educational Assessments, Talent Measurement, Psychometrics, and Data Analytics, crafting frameworks that support enhanced learning outcomes. She has served as a consultant for the PISA 2025 Assessment & Framework Design.
Adept in research and analytics, Uma has led and published research initiatives with CBSE exam board, analyzing assessment patterns in CBSE schools and providing recommendations to improve testing and its outcomes. In her previous role at Oxford University Press, Uma was a member of the Board of Directors, India Branch, where she contributed to formulating both global and regional strategies for assessments. She collaborated with Ministries, Exam Boards, and Government Departments, representing the organization at national and international forums.
